Skin cancer is one of the most common forms of human cancer. Excessive exposure to sunlight is one of the main causes of skin cancer. Skin cancer usually refers to three different conditions – basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and the most dangerous one Melanoma as it tends to spread throughout the body quite quickly.
Some of the most common factors for cancer are -
- Tobacco
- Sunlight
- Chemicals
- Viruses & bacteria
- Alcohol
- Poor Diet
- Family history of Cancer
- Hormonal problems
- Overweight, lack of physical activity.
Although many of these factors can be avoided but factors like family history are the ones that can really cause problems.
