I am constantly suffering from lower back pain and a stiff neck, i put this down to poor posture and a couple of years ago i had the lower disc removed from my back. I have recently started taking turmeric supplements to help control the pain and it has worked a treat.
My friend who i work with also suffers from severe migraine headaches and since she has been using the turmeric supplements she has noticed that they are not as frequent now, so obviously the supplement does work, not just for myself but for others.
If you are going to try turmeric supplements make sure you take them after your meal as this will make sure you do not get an upset stomach!
