This book is a must read and will provide you with all the details about products that me and you may use on a daily basis. It will come to a shock to you to find out how many chemicals are placed into beauty products and have NEVER been tested for human safety.
If you want to get fully up to scratch on what you put on your face and to be 100% certain that the products you put on your skin are organic then you are guaranteed to find this info in the book, i bought mine from Amazon as i have not been able to find it in some book shops.
